About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Sharmaine Denise and I am a Spiritual Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, and Certified Moonologer. I Have a degree in Theology and Religious Studies and hold certifications as a Spiritual Life Coach, Master Life Coach, and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. my formal training working as a healthcare professional for over a decade has helped me gain insight in to what it means to serve others and helped me adapt a unique perspective exploring ways people seek healing. Feeling the call to deeply connect with people on a spiritual level, I was led to coaching.
My mission is to cultivate unconditional love through self-awareness, compassion, integrity, acceptance, and forgiveness. I am here to empower and guide you through the roadblocks that prevent you from living in alignment and allowing your own light to shine. I use NLP coaching techniques, shadow work, crystal and chakra healing, and meditation as some of my healing modalities to empower you to tap into your own unique gifts. True power, love, and peace come from within and for communities to create sustainable change, we must take radical responsibility for ourselves and do the “soul” work.
I am excited to help and guide you on your journey within to re-discover your true self. It is time to reclaim your sovereignty and allow your divine light to shine in the world!
